NFL Week 13 Fantasy Football Tips

This is our waiver wire pick-ups column. The WagerOnFootball.com staff will scour the free agent pools in fantasy land for the best available talent every week. Availability, of course, depends on the league. We’re using 12 team, 15 roster spot leagues as the median, but we’ll look for roster candidates for leagues of all shapes and sizes. Grab the following before NFL Week 13.

Team	NFL WEEK 13 FANTASY FOOTBALL WAIVER WIRE
1. Vince Young	Waiver Wire - QUARTERBACKS Titans QB Vince Young engineered a 21-point comeback win over the Giants in Week 12, leading his team to 24 points in the fourth quarter of a 24-21 victory. He threw for 249 yards and two scores, turning the ball over just once on a fumble. He also added 69 yards and another score on the ground.
2. Jay Cutler	Waiver Wire - QB'S Cutler is a strong-armed QB who has been compared to Brett Favre as far as arm strength and willingness to throw a tough pass. The Broncos may want Cutler to simply manage the offense and not throw the ball everywhere. Fantasy owners are encouraged to spend a roster spot on him in case he's a stud.
3. Joey Harrington	Waiver Wire - QB's Dolphins QB Joey Harrington was 19-of-29 passing for 213 yards, three touchdowns and one interceptions against his former team, Detroit. Harrington also had one carry for 2 yards. Consider Harrington a No. 2 QB for Week 13 against Jacksonville but he is worth adding at this point.
1. DeAngelo Williams	Waiver Wire - RUNNING BACKS Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams had 17 carries for 63 yards and three catches for 23 yards against Washington. He started in place of the injured DeShaun Foster. If Foster is unable to go in Week 13 against the Eagles, consider Williams a No. 2 RB.
2. Sammy Morris	Waiver Wire - RB's It is unknown how long or even if Brown will be out. Continue to monitor the situation before using Brown for Week 13 against Jacksonville. If Brown misses any time, Sammy Morris would be the Dolphins starting RB, and he is worth adding at this point.
3. Justin Fargas	Waiver Wire - RB's Fargas started the game for the injured LaMont Jordan and will likely be the starter once again in Week 13 against the Texans. Consider him a low-end No. 3 Fantasy RB. Raiders RB Justin Fargas carried 14 times for 32 yards in a Week 12 loss.
4. Cedric Houston	Waiver Wire - RB's Jets RB Cedric Houston rushed 11 times for only 13 yards in Week 12 vs. Houston. He found the end zone on a 1-yard run in the third quarter. We never know who is going to get the rock for Mangini's offense, so grab Houston in case he's the starter.
5. Jerrious Norwood	Waiver Wire - RB's Falcons RB Jerious Norwood rushed 13 times for 54 yards with two catches for 7 yards vs. New Orleans in Week 12. Norwood out-rushed Warrick Dunn in the game so consider him a fine reserve and great insurance for Dunn.
1. Marty Booker	Waiver Wire - WIDE RECEIVERS Dolphins WR Marty Booker had seven catches for 115 yards and two touchdowns against Detroit. He has come on recently and should be considered a No. 3 WR for Week 13 against Jacksonville.
2. Santonio Holmes	Waiver Wire - WR's According to published reports, Ward is OUT for Week 13 against the Buccaneers due to a knee injury. That might mean a bigger role for Holmes. Ifhe performs well against Ronde Barber and the Bucs, he may be in the starting lineup to stay.
3. Sammie Parker	Waiver Wire - WR's Chiefs WR Samie Parker caught three passes for 71 yards vs. Denver on Thanksgiving in Week 12 action. He had more yards than Tony Gonzalez and Eddie Kennison combined. Parker is still too inconsistent to be a WR3 but worth a roster spot with six catches in his past two games.
1. Chiefs Defense/ST	Waiver Wire - TIGHT ENDS The Chiefs defense held Denver to 10 points, 38 rushing yards and 216 passing yards, totaling two sacks, an interception and two forced fumbles on Thanksgiving in Week 12 play.
2. Colts Defense/ST	Waiver Wire - DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS The Indianapolis defense allowed 21 points and 300 total net yards in Week 12 against Philadelphia. The Colts also had two sacks, an interception, two fumble recoveries and a touchdown.
