there football fans! Well we're now hours away
from the second week of the NFL football season.
This week's nationally televised TV games include:
Miami at Kansas City (ESPN, 8/16, 8 p.m.) Minnesota
at NY Jets (FOX, 8/17, 8 p.m.) San Diego at St.
Louis (CBS, 8/18, 8 p.m.) NY Giants at Baltimore
(NBC, 8/19, 8 p.m.) and Chicago at Indianapolis
(ESPN, 8/20, 8 p.m.). Luckily there haven't
been any major injuries yet but teams have been
reluctant to give their starters a lot of playing
time - which means really boring games. As we
move closer to the regular season we'll start
seeing the teams take their shape, especially
after the 50 scrubs on every team are let go
to get back to working at UPS and baggage handling
at the airports.
Many of you are knee
deep into your fantasy football drafts already.
I for one think that's ridiculous. Why have a
draft until the preseason is done? Wait to see
who is injured and take a look at the finalized
depth charts of each NFL team. Only then will
you be able to pick the best team. We've included

College football is
nearly upon us, and I think the best NEW show
on ESPN this year is College Football LIVE. Man
love having daily college football news at my
fingertips. If you're a football fan like I am,
too much is never enough. We've added some more
conference previews for 2007, as well as made
our picks and predictions for a few of our favorite
college football teams. We of course can't get
to them all, and don't even try, but hopefully
your favorite team is included. Again check below
