AFC Conference
Championship - Pittsburgh Steelers @ Denver
Broncos - The Denver Broncos and
Pittsburgh Steelers will play on Sunday
for a spot in Super Bowl XL. And even
if it's not the game many expected, the
Broncos and Steelers aren't apologizing
for postponing a rematch between the Patriots
and Colts. After cruising through the
regular season with 13 wins and an unblemished
record at home in Denver's thin air, the
Broncos have the profile of a Super Bowl
favorite, while the Steelers are riding
a Blitzburgh defensive unit and hoping
"The Bus" can get the wheels
moving to the Super Bowl for one last
run. More AFC

NFC
Conference Championship - Carolina Panthers
@ Seattle Seahawks - The
Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks
took different routes to get here, but
the two teams share the same stretch of
road for the final leg of the journey
to Super Bowl XL in Detroit. A preseason
favorite in the NFC, the Panthers stumbled
out of the gate before winning 12 of their
final 15 games. The Seahawks took a little
longer to live up to expectations, racing
through a 13-3 regular season after disappointing
many last season. Riding the legs of NFL
MVP Shaun Alexander, the Seahawks played
perfect football at home, finishing the
season with an 8-0 record. More NFC
