Kentucky Derby
- Wilko: His sixth in the
Derby makes him 0-for-4 since his victory in last fall's
Breeders' Cup Juvenile.
- High Fly: Was the best
3-year-old in Florida with five wins in six starts.
- Closing Argument: Close
second in the Derby at odds of 71-1.
- High Limit: Louisiana
Derby winner suffered a bad gash on the outside of his
right hind leg during the Derby
- Sun King: Won the Tampa
Bay Derby but flopped at Churchill Downs.
- Greeley's Galaxy: Lightly
raced colt was 11th in the Derby after prepping with a
9 1/2-length victory in the Illinois Derby.
