won four games in a row and moved above .500
for the first time this season. Reuben Droughns
rushed for 73 yards and added another 46 yards
on five catches for the Browns (4-7), who have
lost five of their last seven games. Trent Dilfer

yards with one touchdown and Greg Wesley had
three interceptions, as the Kansas City Chiefs
defeated the New England Patriots, 26-16, at
Arrowhead Stadium. Johnson, coming off a franchise-record
211-yard effort in last week's win over Houston,
carried the ball 31 times this Sunday and added
five receptions for 53 yards in the victory.
Trent Green completed 19-of-26 passes for 323
yards with a touchdown for the Chiefs (7-4),
who have won two straight and three of their
last four. Tom Brady finished 22-of-40 for 248
yards with one touchdown and four interceptions
for the Patriots (6-5), who had a two- game
winning streak snapped.

touchdown run 34 seconds into overtime lifted
the San Diego Chargers to a 23-17 comeback win
over the Washington Redskins at FedEx Field.
Antonio Gates, who was a game- time decision
with a foot injury, had a 24-yard catch to open
the extra session and Tomlinson followed with
a big run for the Chargers (7-4), who have won
four straight. Tomlinson had 184 yards and three
TD's on 25 carries, while Drew Brees completed
22 of his 44 attempts for 215 yards with three
interceptions. Mark Brunell was 17-of-27 for
194 yards and a touchdown, but Washington blew
another fourth-quarter lead and suffered its
third consecutive loss. Santana Moss had 65
yards and a score on six catches for the Redskins
(5-6).

(MySportsbook) - Steve McNair threw for 343
yards and three third-quarter touchdowns, as
the Tennessee Titans rolled to a 33-22 victory
over the San Francisco 49ers at The Coliseum.
McNair hit nine different receivers while completing
23-of-41 passes for the Titans (3-8), who snapped
a five-game losing streak and won for the first
time since October 9 against Houston. Chris
Brown ran for just 30 yards on 10 carries, but
caught three passes for 105 yards with a score
in the victory. The 49ers (2-9) have lost four
in a row and failed to score an offensive touchdown
until late in the fourth quarter. Ken Dorsey
threw for 192 yards with a touchdown and two
interceptions, completing just 23-of-43 passes
in defeat.

pass and sprinted 56 yards for the game-winning
touchdown in overtime, lifting the St. Louis
Rams to a wild 33-27 victory over the Houston
Texans at Reliant Stadium. It was Curtis' only
reception of the day, and the Rams battled back
from a 17-0 deficit to end a two-game losing
streak. St. Louis (5-6), which will host the
Washington Redskins next Sunday, lost another
quarterback as Jamie Martin left the game with
a head injury. Martin was taking over for injured
starter Marc Bulger and was replaced by rookie
Ryan Fitzpatrick, who finished 19-of-30 for
310 yards with three touchdowns and an interception.
David Carr completed 25 of his 34 attempts for
293 yards and three TDs, but was picked off
once for the Texans (1-10), losers of four in
a row.

passes for 115 yards and ran for 62 yards with
a score in place of an injured Byron Leftwich,
as the Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the Arizona
Cardinals, 24-17, at Sun Devil Stadium. Leftwich
left early in the first quarter with what has
been reported by various media outlets as a
broken bone in his left ankle. He did not return
and Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio apparently
indicated the quarterback could miss 4-to-6
weeks. Jacksonville (8-3) won its fourth consecutive
game behind a solid ground game, minus the services
of Fred Taylor, and a defense that sacked Kurt
Warner three times. Warner completed 29-of-46
passes for 315 yards with two touchdowns and
an interception for the Cardinals (3-8), who
have lost four of their last five games.

(MySportsbook) - Gus Frerotte ended 18-of-31
for 261 yards with two touchdowns and Ricky
Williams sealed the win with a 34-yard score
late in the game, as Miami defeated Oakland,
33-21, at McAfee Coliseum. Williams ended with
82 yards on 16 carries while backfield mate
Ronnie Brown ran for 58 yards and a touchdown
for the Dolphins (4-7), who put an end to a
three-game losing streak and matched their win
total from last year. Chris Chambers caught
six passes for 101 yards for Miami, which had
its highest offensive output since putting up
34 points in a Week 1 win over Denver. Kerry
Collins finished 21-of-37 for 226 yards with
two interceptions and also ran for a touchdown
for the Raiders (4-7), who have dropped three
