New Orleans at Indianapolis --- Thursday, 8:30

The first game of the season pits the Saints
against Peyton Manning and the defending-champion
Colts. Indy opened as a 6-point fave for this
contest, with a total of 50 points.
Philadelphia at Green Bay --- Sunday, 1:00 PM

Can the Packers start the season with a win at
home? They'll have to do so as an underdog -
the oddsmakers opened Philly as 3-point favorites,
with a total of 44 points.
Kansas City at Houston --- Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
The Chiefs made the playoffs last year, but that
was with Larry Johnson leading the way. With
Johnson a potential holdout this contest is
now a pick'em, with a total of 39.
Denver at Buffalo --- Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
The Bills could be one of the league's worst
teams this year, and the Broncos will want
to take advantage in Week 1. The Broncos opened
as 3-point faves, with a total of 37.
Pittsburgh at Cleveland --- Sunday, 1:00 PM
ET
Another game, another road favorite. The Steelers

Carolina at St. Louis --- Sunday, 1:00 PM ET

a pick'em, with the total pegged at 41.5.
Atlanta at Minnesota --- Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
This game opened as a pick'em, with the total

favorites to beat them in Week 1. The total
is currently pegged at 41.
Miami at Washington --- Sunday, 1:00 PM ET
Yet another new era is supposed to begin in Miami
this season, but they're still listed as three-point

1. The total is currently at 36.
Tennessee at Jacksonville --- Sunday, 1:00 PM

The Titans and Jaguars finished tied in the AFC
South division with 8-8 marks last year - but
the Jags have the oddsmakers with them right

teams that combined for 27 wins last season.
The Chargers opened as 6-point home favorites,
with the total pegged at 42.5.
Tampa Bay at Seattle --- Sunday, 4:15 PM ET
Only the Lions were worse than the Buccaneers
in the NFC last season, and things aren't really
looking up. The Seahawks are sitting as 6-point
faves, with a total of 41.5.
Detroit at Oakland --- Sunday, 4:15 PM ET
Probably Sunday's worst matchup, featuring two
teams that combined for five wins last season.
For what it's worth the Raiders are sitting
as 2.5-point faves, with a total of 36.5.
NY Giants at Dallas --- Sunday, 8:15 PM ET
The first Sunday nighter of the year is a battle
