Matt
Schaub |
You
can't ask for much more than what he
gave you in Week 11, and we expect
more of the same from him Sunday. |
Kurt
Warner |
The
Broncos' cornerbacks should limit Huard's
upside this week, but remember, that's
really the only strength the team has
on defense. |
David
Garrard |
The
Niners are a decent 14th in pass defense,
so they should be able to keep Hasselbeck's
yardage in check. |
Kolby
Smith |
A
matter of weeks ago, the Chiefs had
Larry Johnson and Michael Bennett and
were soon to have Priest Holmes. Now
they have Kolby Smith. |
Ron
Dayne |
Keep
your fingers crossed that Ahman Green
is ruled out again, because Dayne has
more upside if he's the starter |
Ricky Williams |
We'd be shocked
if he was game-ready in time for Week
12. It takes time for a guy like this
to get up to speed |
Ryan
Grant |
Day-to-day
is a bad thing to be when you only
have a couple of days between games.
If this were a Sunday start, we'd not
be worried. |
Chester Taylor |
The loss of
Mathias Kiwanuka weakens the Giants
defense, and that's just fine with
Chester. |
D.J.
Hackett |
He
has become Brees' No. 2 guy, and
Patten should be considered a solid
fantasy option. |
Chris Henry |
He's back
and he's active, and while the matchup
says to hold off on him, Henry has
deep sleeper potential |
D.J.
Hackett |
Hackett
looks like he's in full stride after
missing time with a high ankle sprain. |
Deion Branch |
This week's
game in St. Louis will be Branches
2nd game back from injury, look for
the Hawks to take the leash off of
him. |
Larry
Fitzgerald |
Just
keeps on getting it done, having another
pro bowl season for the Cards, this
week he gets Nate Clemons. |
Cardinals
DST |
As bad as
San Fran has looked of late, we'll
be surprised if they even score. |
Bucs
DST |
Bucs
should be able to put Jason Campbell
back in his place after he threw the
ball 54 times against Dallas for over
300 yards. |

Week 12 Fantasy
Football Not So Hot Players |
|
Player |
Details |
Brian
Griese |
Brian,
meet the bench. |
Damon
Huard |
Ditto |
J.P.
Losman |
Coming
off his worst start since returning
to the lineup. |
Priest
Holmes |
Dump
him, he's retired. Thanks for the memories,
and now you can join TD as the best
backs NOT to make it to the Hall. |
LaMont
Jordan |
Thru
4 games was fantasy's hottest RB.
Now, He's the member of the Oakland
backfield rumored on the cutting
block. |
Ahman Green |
His knee
is probably going to hinder him the
remainder of the year, so at this
point, we need to see a lot from
him |
Travis
Henry |
That
year-long suspension is looming,
and even if it doesn't begin this
week, Henry's balky knee limits his
fantasy upside |
David Patten |
After a
surge into the No. 2 role, Patten
seems to have fallen back a bit. |
Roddy
White |
The
Colts have the second-best passing
defense in the league |
Vincent
Jackson |
It's finally
clear: Philip Rivers prefers to look
to Antonio Gates first |
Andre
Davis |
Now
a No. 3 receiver, Davis won't get
enough play in the offense to capitalize
on a fantasy-friendly matchup |
Vernon
Davis |
Davis will
put up some decent numbers the rest
of the year, but that's it. Next
years his year. |
Jason
Hanson |
It's
Thanksgiving and Hanson is at home.
That could spell a good day. |
David Akers |
Has only
two field goals of 40-plus yards
all season. |
Titans
DST |
Boy
has Albert Haynesworth's absence
hurt this team. |
