Bowl
Game Lines - December 06, 2006
by: VIP.com
VIP.com has released odds
for all 32 bowl games. If it seems like the names
of the games are getting harder and harder to
remember, that is because they are. Of course,
the sponsorships do work, as who isn’t going
to order pizza during the Papa John’s.com
Bowl?
As for the games itself,
we have assembled some quick news and notes. Four
of the five BCS Bowl games have spreads between
eight and 9.5 points. The one with the close spread
is USC getting one point from Michigan in the
Rose Bowl.
There is only one game on
Sunday, December 24th as college football has
no desire to go head-to-head with the NFL.
There are no games on Christmas,
unlike in the NFL where they will have a Monday
Night Football doubleheader.
The lesser known International
and GMAC Bowls have sandwiched themselves in between
the Sugar Bowl and the BCS Championship game in
order to get a little more national attention.
Here is a list of all
the bowls.
