    REPORT DATES:
Rookies July 28th, Veterans July 28th SITE: Marriott
Residence Inn, Oxnard, CA CAMP OBJECTIVES:
There isn't a bigger story around the NFL's 32 training
camps that Terrell Owens' relocation to Dallas, though
Owens isn't likely to offer much in the way of sound
bytes and Bill Parcells has already promised to say
nothing about the receiver. And that's okay, because
the Cowboys have some major issues to address in camp
apart from Owens' integration into the offense. Finding
two tackles to protect statue-like quarterback Drew
Bledsoe and allow Owens to get downfield is the biggest
issue on this team heading into camp. After Flozell
Adams, who is penciled in on the left side, the depth
chart at tackle is full of either experienced failures
or green youngsters. Elsewhere on offense, Parcells
is going to have to figure out how offseason tight
end acquisitions Anthony Fasano (Notre Dame) and Ryan
Hannam (Seahawks) fit in within a rotation that already
includes Pro Bowler Jason Witten. The defensive position
to watch during camp will be linebacker, as rookie
Bobby Carpenter (Ohio State) and free agent pickup
Akin Ayodele (from Jaguars) are expected to become
immediate starters. Cowboys fans should also enjoy
the first Dallas appearance of kicker Mike Vanderjagt,
who should shore up the team's inconsistency in the
                            field goal game.
